Inconel Tubes & Tubing is an austenitic nickel-chromium-based alloy that is oxidation and corrosion resistant well suited to work in extreme environments of pressure and heat. When heated they forms a thick, stable, passivating oxide layer protecting the surface from further attack. Inconel Tubes & Tubing high temperature strength is developed by solid solution strengthening or precipitation hardening.

Incoloy 800H has slight modification of carbon content (.05-.10%) as compared to alloy 800. They are mainly used in applications like Industrial furnaces, Heat-treating equipment, Ethylene furnace quench boilers, Hydrocarbon cracking, Super-heater and re-heaters in power plants etc. Incoloy 800H are known for their corrosive resistance power in acidic environment, high strength, high resistance to carburization and oxidation and work in temperatures above 1100° F.
